| Vish Sastry Rachakonda (CEO) |
|
| Sastry Rachakonda serves as the CEO of Small Biz Express. He was previously the head Small Business Card at Discover Financial, which he started in 2005. Prior to that, Sastry worked for eight years at American Express holding positions in Consumer, Internet and Small Business groups where he had extensive experience in driving web design and online marketing. |

| Sastry holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India and a B.Tech from IT (BHU), India. |

| Thornton (Tony) Hooper (VP – Business Development and Partnerships) |
|
| Tony serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships for Small Biz Express. He is a founding partner of Leadership Strategy Group, a strategy and leadership development consultancy. His prior experience was with the Consumer Card Services Group at American Express Co. and in the strategy practice at Booz & Co. |

| Tony holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA from Northwestern University. |

| Lakshmi Naudoori (VP – Web Design and Development) |
|
| Lakshmi serves as the Vice President of Web Design and Development for Small Biz Express. Previously she worked in Texas instruments managing complex technology projects. Her experience prior includes companies like Lucent, Hughes Software and Wipro managing large technology groups. |

| Lakshmi is recognized as strong innovative thinker who has built and led great teams over the course of her career. |
